L. Perrina Construction Co., Inc. was established in 1990 by Lucio Perrina. Since 1990, we have been constructing roads, connecting water, drain and sewer for
municipalities and State roads. L. Perrina also converts
raw land into subdivisions and developments. We own all of our equipment
which allows us to service our clients' needs in an efficient and timely
manner. We are members of the National Association of Home Builders.
Over the years since our inception L. Perrina has developed several communities
such as Roma Lane in Reading, Corey Lane in Reading and Rolling Meadow
Farm in Middleton, Massachusetts. Working with our clients and paying
attention to every detail is our top priority. We work with our customers
to ensure they have realized all the challenges their project entails.
